About me

Lifelong learning.  Discovering myself newly again and again.

This is my approach to life. This opens up new perspectives and possibilities. This awareness I would like to pass on and practice to keep it up with the people who come to me.

Meditation, movement/dance and Trager bodywork are forming the three fields in my life from which I benefited the most in my holistic growth, health and healing. Much of what I learned I can and would like to pass on and accompany others caringly on their individual paths.

Jan 2018 – Sept 2017 course for voluntary life-, terminal and grieving care (at ÖBR).

2016 – 2014 Trager education with diploma in July 2016. Yearly continued trainings.

Since 2010 Contact Improvisation with courses, intensivs, seminars and workshops with: Chris Aykien, Christian Apschner, Ruslan Baranov, Ray Chung, Angela Doni, Alicia Grayson, Karin Gsöllpointner, Nita Little, Martin Keogh, Kerstin Kussmaul, Maria Probst, Malaika & Richard Sarco-Thomas, Gretchen Spiro, Cristina Turdo.

Since 1998 I practice Vipassana meditation (after S.N. Goenka). I completed many 10-day courses and a few longer retreats in Europe and Asia. Vipassana means for me active awareness in the daily life. Concommitent to the outer world I focus inward with an objective look (Vipassana = look inside). For me meditation in the everyday life means an open process of getting to know yourself better in contact and reaction with the outside world. Inner peace and the accordingly appreciative and caring attitude towards all beings are my alignment.

Life is a big learning field and it ends only with the death.
