Presence

Presence doesn’t need time.

To practice presence means to be here and now with all your senses.
Perceiving things as they are:
without expectation, without evaluation. Simply being present.

That is immensely relieving.

Where/When can you bestow yourself more freedom through awareness and soothing movement?

In my lesson we explore and examine aspects of your being in the daily routine.
We experiment on how they are affecting you.

In this process we are focusing on single aspects or qualities of the body and mind. They are ingredients that influence our wellbeing. With a good mind-body connection you realise faster what does you good, and what effects you in a harmful way. This way you can actively counteract against less helpful behaviour in the daily routine – without any additional time exposure. This gives you more freedom and independency in difficult situations. It changes your posture, changes your attitude AND it makes you more independent towards a therapist or practitioner.

And what does awareness bring?
Consciously experienced lifetime.
Resilience.
More inner width and peace.
